Do you pick your covers?

My editors ask for my input before they go to cover conference. I’m free to suggest titles, cover looks, and give them the important details such as hair color and distinguishing characteristics, like which Feral animal the book’s about, etc. But the editorial, marketing, and art departments make all the decisions.
